Starters

Chef’s homemade Minestrone soup with fresh parmesan cheese

Chilled melon nest filled with prawns bound in marie-rose sauce

Wild mushroom and hazelnut pate served with homemade onion bread and redcurrant jelly (v)

Warm poached egg set on a salad of cherry tomato, potato and mange tout drizzled with citrus yogurt (v)

Main courses

Lemon scented roast turkey breast, with Cumberland stuffing and pan gravy

Roast marinated rib-eye of beef with cream and brandy sauce

Breadcrumbed fillet of haddock, fried and served with lemon and tartare sauce

Vegetable and goats cheese frittata with tomato salsa and crisp leaves (v)

Griddled medallions of beef fillet with chilli and garlic scented green lip mussels, served with crisp salad and sweet pepper butter - £6.00
