Melon rose laced with peach schnapps set in a pool of raspberry coulis (v)

Duck and juniper berry terrine with fig chutney and homemade bread

Seared peppered salmon on sweet potato rosti with lemon and lime hollandaise sauce

Chilled fruit juices (v)

Main courses

Roast lamb joint with a white wine, shallot and mushroom sauce

Pot roast chicken cooked with onions and bacon in red wine sauce

Smoked salmon, halibut and cheddar cheese flan with lightly dressed salad leaves

Fried breadcrumbed asparagus spears with goats cheese dressing and cherry tomato salsa (v)
