Starters

Chefs’ homemade cream of wild mushroom soup with a hint of dijon mustard (v)

Chilled melon nest filled with strawberries, accompanied by lemon sorbet (v)

Prawns bound with a zesty lemon crème fraiche served on a dill scone and lemon salad topped with smoked salmon

Battered haggis fritter with whisky laced cream sauce

Chilled fruit juices (v)

Main courses

Cumbrian grill of lamb steak, pork fillet, black pudding, Cumberland sausage, tomato and field mushroom accompanied by wholegrain mustard mayonnaise

Oven baked salami and herb filled chicken pillow with tomato sauce and savoury rice

Halibut, prawn, crab and parsnip stew with savoury rice

Vegetable kebab and grilled feta cheese with tomato and herb risotto (v)
